During class, Billie asks Leonard for an explanation. The young man confides that to himhe has feelings for Ethan and doesn’t want him to realize it. He’s too afraid to create trouble in their threesome.

In the locker room, Tom asks Ethan to lend him his towel. The young man refuses and states that he should not wash with other people’s things if he has genital herpes. Tom is shocked to hear such a rumor going around about him and assures him that it is not true… At the end of the day, Ethan finds Maya and Leonard in the park and confronts the latter with his lie about the herpes from Tom. Maya understands that Leonard lied to avoid being paired with Ethan and flies to his aid. Once alone with Leonard, she shows compassion for him. It can’t be easy for him to have feelings for Ethan, but he’ll have to pull himself together if he doesn’t want to ruin their three-way friendship.

David and Jude play a dangerous game

At Double A, David (Liam Hellmann) encourages Jude (Galaad Quenouillère) to follow suit and drink a shot of alcohol before going to work. He thinks microdoses will help Jude gain self-confidence. Although doubtful, the young man follows his advice. A few seconds later, Salomé (Aurélie Pons) arrives in the kitchen and announces that a customer has asked her for a dish based on brède mafane. She considers going for a simple tabbouleh, but Jude has a different idea. He suggests making a romazava recipe using broad mafane and even volunteers to do it even though it seems complicated.

Just before the service, Stanislas notices that a student is absent and goes to the kitchen to ask Deva (Kathy Packianathan) to fill in for him. As Enzo’s (Aziz Diabaté) second, the young woman cannot free herself. David volunteers to go to the gym, but Stanislas thinks it’s a bit premature. Is David really ready to return to duty so soon after Hippolyte’s (Tom Novembre) departure? Full of confidence in himself, the young man declares that he feels capable of doing this, but… Deva stops him. She is convinced that David is making a mistake and decides to make arrangements with Enzo to go to the gym in his place.

Bored, David isolates himself in the commissary to drink. He is surprised by Jude, who puts him in his place. He cannot drink completely, let alone in large quantities. As usual, David minimizes, but Jude stands up to him. He limits him to washing for the rest of the shift. After the service, Salomé congratulates Jude on his romazava recipe. Once alone with David, he admits that alcohol gave him self-confidence. He wants to continue, but wants to set rules for David : they can no longer microdose one without the other. If he does this, it is to stand up for himself, not to become an alcoholic at twenty.

Carla wants to find her biological parents

Two days after a hemorrhage, Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) has an appointment at the hospital for the results of her tests. She is doing well and so is the baby. According to her doctor, she suffers from dysfibrinogenemia, a clotting disorder that causes bleeding. The cause is unknown and may be genetic. Upon returning from the hospital, Souleymane (Dembo Camilo) gives his father news about Carla. The conversation is interrupted by Rose (Vanessa Demouy), who feels guilty because she spoke so badly to Carla the Friday before. She wants to apologize to him, but Souleymane and Antoine (Frédéric Diefenthal) advise him to stay away from her. Disappointed, Rose confides in Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini). She really blames herself for the way she behaved with Carla, especially since the young girl was right: yes, she is jealous of her pregnancy. She thought she was grieving her motherhood, but her failed IVF awakened something in her. She realizes that she will never become a mother.

Against the doctor’s advice, Carla decides to resume classes during the day. She shows up at Double A for lunch, but Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) declares that they don’t need her. The young woman understands that her teacher does not want her to work in class because of her pregnancy, and she is right. After the service, Stanislas and Antoine tell her that she will no longer serve at Double A. She will only be able to work in the kitchen and in specific positions.

Carla finds Souleymane depressed in the park. The fake couple meets Jasmine (Zoï Séverin), who has just learned that she will urgently need to find a babysitter. Carla seizes the opportunity and offers to babysit Naël in the afternoon. This allows him to prepare for what awaits him. Touched, Jasmine accepts and shows him around the apartment. Carla takes the opportunity to ask her how she deals with motherhood and the institution and admits that she sees her as an example. After taking care of Naël, Carla returns to the Institute and calls out to Salomé in the park. She finds out she is an ESA child and asks him questions about how she found her biological parents. She would also like to know where she comes from…
